Public Events Hosted at the Beaverton Elks Lodge

Washington County Public Affairs Forum

The Washington County Public Affairs Forum meets over lunch every Monday at the Beaverton Elks Club. There is no admission charge to the public but people are strongly encouraged to enjoy the buffet lunch, since prices for food cover the cost for the room. Doors open at 11:00, and if you arrive by 11:30 you have chance to relax over your meal and be ready for the speakers at noon.

Topics and speakers cover a wide range of interests, – CLICK HERE to view video clips of past speakers, and CLICK HERE for the calendar of upcoming topics!

Speakers talk until around 1:00 pm, which includes the question and answer period. Only paid-up Forum members are allowed to ask questions of the speakers, but you can become a member on the spot by handing the treasurer the $40.00 annual dues. All programs are videotaped and broadcast over Tualatin Valley Television.
