On the Road? Our RV and Picnic Area Is Just What You Need
Our lodge has a large three-acre park with full cooking and refrigeration facilities and a modern handicap-accessible restroom.
This area can be used for picnics, weddings, company parties and family reunions. Call for details.
RV Facilities
For traveling Elks' recreation vehicles, we also have 14 hook ups for water and electric and there is a dump station in the back of the lot.
A visiting Elk's request for RV space accommodations will be processed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday at the Lodge Office. The Duty Officer may process them on Friday and Saturday between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. The guest Elk must present their current Membership card for identification at that time.
Cost
There is no charge for use of the picnic facilities, but it is suggested that the guest Elk make a donation to the Beaverton Elks of $12.00 per day for hookups and $3.00 per day for dry camping. You will receive a receipt for your donation. This receipt is also your parking permit – affix the permit to the window of your RV, facing outside.
Use of Indoor Lodge Facilities
A key card enabling access to the shower and athletic facilities may be obtained upon request and must be returned upon departure. We invite you to enjoy our Lodge during your visit and if there is anything we can do to make your time with us more enjoyable, please let us know.
Camping Guidelines
We ask that you keep your assigned parking area clean. Because of the close proximity of each RV unit, we ask that you be considerate of your neighbor's privacy and refrain from making noise before 8 a.m. or after 10 p.m.
When You Leave
When leaving, please check out through the office or with the Duty Officer. We hope you enjoy your stay and come visit us again!
